A fantastic sea side resort in the heart of the Lembeh Straits, world renowned muck and macro diving location. NAD divers, a stunning resort has a total of 15 air conditioned rooms, all with ensuite facilities and lovely views, as well as a great restaurant and bar, a small pool and Jacuzzi and photography centre. The floating jetty provides easy access to the boats.
Meals are served buffet style in the open air restaurant and include Asian and international dishes. Most the ingredients used in the freshly prepared meals are grown on site in their Aquaponic greenhouse. While the resort generally does not serve fish dishes, they will upon request, and now far their on Tilapia for this purpose.
Diving in Lembeh is synonymous with muck diving. Widely considered the best muck diving location in the world, there are no shortage of sites and exciting creatures to find lurking on the dark volcanic sandy bottom. One could reasonably expect to find several types of octopus, nudibranchs, frogfish and more. Some of the rarer creatures often spotted around here include hairy frogfish, blue ringed octopus, rhinopias to name a few. There are also some beautiful coral outcrops and reefs, alive with tropical fish. NAD Lembeh offers diving at a 2 guests to each guide ratio, ensuing everyone gets personal attention and that photographers can take their time capturing the cool creatures they find without negatively impacting other divers. With over 70 dive sites in the area, one can comfortably spend a couple of weeks diving from this great resort.
The resort has 4 purpose built dive boats, each about 15m long, complete with onboard toilet, towels, snacks, emergency O2 and excellent knowledgeable crew and guides.
The resort was built with underwater photographers in mind. The camera room is spacious with individual work/ charging stations, 1:1 photography courses, and 6 sets of rental camera equipment. All the guides (15 permanently employed here) are proficient in photography.
