As far as we know time travel is still not possible, but if it was these are the dives we’d do again and again and again…

Blue Magic, Raja Ampat.
Located in the heart of the Dampier Strait - Raja Ampat, west Papua this high energy dive site left us completely and utterly stunned. The magnitude of fish species was difficult to comprehend and it quickly became difficult to know where to look, the huge numbers of barracuda, batfish, circling black and white tips and a dizzying wealth of reef fish only gives a tiny insight into how good this dive site really is. A must do for anyone who likes to get off the beaten track.
How to Dive it? Stay with Sorido Bay in Raja Ampat, 7 nights costs £1,800 with full board, unlimited diving & airport transfers.

Aw Shucks! North Sulawesi.
Home of critters galore, this dive site found on the banks of the Lembeh Strait in North Sulawesi surely lives up to it’s name. Within minutes of being in the water we were lucky to see species we’d waited years previously to find. Mimic octopus, blue ring octopus, hairy frogfish..the list goes on and on. We’ve since returned on a number of occassions and this one will always be high on our list. For photographers or those looking for something different – give Lembeh a try!
How to Dive it? Stay at Eco Divers, Lembeh. 7 nights with 3 dives per day and full board costs £875 per person.

Manta Mayhem, Bali.
Diving with manta is always special..but this day was even more so - Nusa Penida, west of Bali regularly plays host to large numbers of these incredible creatures. We’d spent the first part of the dive with 2 large manta which cut back and forth over some shallow rocks whilst being cleaned by wrasse. It was a great spectacle but during the last 15 minutes 5 more joined the frame and began to circle our group, barrel rolling around us. It felt like a performance that we’d been especially invited to.
How to Dive it? Accommodation and dive packages start from £100 per person per day.
